Right in the heart of Malahide, I recently uncovered this little Chinese takeaway gem, introduced to me by my cousins. Run by chef Dani and nephew Kevin from Fanling in Hong Kong, with friendly and very patient Fiona at front of house, it had all the usual extensive menu (see pics) of Chinese fare that you would expect. We got some tasty spice box and chicken sweet and sour( nice and saucy) but man alive the duck spring rolls were the revelation of the night. The secret sauce, literally - was they put the hoisin sauce IN the duck spring roll and crikey did it just hit the spot. Moist to perfection. Simple yes gastronomic genius.
